Services of Zotum hub (also known as "Zot universe experimental hub") are provided by "as is" on a free or commercially reasonable basis and without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied.
Keeping your content private, confidential, and secure is Zotum utmost priority. We will not use your content for any purpose other than to inform you of and provide you with Services and to enhance and improve Zotum services.
We strive to provide quality services to you and will use reasonable efforts to provide the functionality and do not provide any warranty that Service will be error-free and uninterrupted.
We, therefore, assume no liability for temporary non-operability or impaired accessibility of Zotum due to, but without limitation to, technical difficulties, dependence on the services of third parties and other reasons out of the scope of our control.
Although we periodically back up data in Zotum, you are solely responsible for creating backup copies of any of your content that you submit to Zotum.
Accounts using Zotum for commercial promotion of services and / or SEO are allowed on a paid basis at a price of 90 EUR per year, payable via PayPal for each of the created channels. Failure to pay this amount within 3 days of billing to the email associated with the account for any of the channels created will result in the account and all channels being deleted without possibility of recovery. Any other attempts to use Zotum, including but not limited to commercial advertising, unsolicited posting and commenting (spamming), will be addressed by terminating registrations and removing content without warning, and commercial use fees, if any, are non-refundable.
