Disable Annoying Automatic Bluetooth turn on Wake Up

Does your bluetooth automatically turn on when waking from sleep?

Does it show as turned on in lockscreen and it annoys you?

Well no worries, here's the config to fix that feature/bug!

Uncomment and change AutoEnable in Policy section to false in /etc/bluetooth/main.conf:
